Terms of Service

By accessing or using PAULGA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

PAULGA provides AI-powered design assistance tools, including AI rendering, document and knowledge search, AI chat, prompt/community libraries, and related Desktop/CAD plugin workflows. The active public Desktop/CAD surface supports Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp at different levels of maturity.

PAULGA is a professional assistance tool. It does not replace licensed architectural, engineering, code, safety, legal, or permitting review.

To use the Service, you must create an account with your email address and password, then verify your email before the account is activated. You are responsible for:

1. Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

2. All activities that occur under your account

3. Providing accurate and current information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service offers a free onboarding period and paid subscription tiers. Current public subscriptions may include Solo, Team, and Studio plans, monthly or annual billing, access to PAULGA AI, PAULGA Render, PAULGA Workshare, and the shared Workshare layer. AI Credits, Render Credits, purchased top-up credits, and contribution credits are managed separately from subscription seats.

Prices, taxes, renewal dates, included access, and payment provider terms are shown at checkout. Current public checkout is processed through Lemon Squeezy in USD unless a checkout screen explicitly says otherwise.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel through the account/portal flow where available or by contacting support. Online cancellation must be no more burdensome than online signup where applicable law requires that standard.

AI Credits are usage units for questions, document search, knowledge review, modeling support, and other reasoning-heavy tasks. Render Credits are usage units for current-view rendering, image generation, variants, and result comparison. Credit consumption depends on model, input size, render settings, file/document scope, tool, and request complexity.

Purchased AI Credits and Render Credits are kept in separate purchased wallets and may expire 12 months after payment unless a different period is shown at checkout. Contribution Credits are maintained separately. Credits have no cash value except where a refund or consumer law requires otherwise.

You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Cancellation keeps paid access through the end of the current billing period and stops future renewal charges.

Subscriptions: if you request a refund within 7 days of payment and have not used the paid features, the payment is refunded in full (right of withdrawal). If you have already started using the paid features, statutory withdrawal may be limited and the request is handled as a cancellation rather than a refund.

Credits: purchased AI Credits and Render Credits are refundable only for the unused portion within 7 days of payment, refunded in proportion to the unused credits. Consumed credits, completed AI tasks, onboarding credits, and contribution credits are not refundable.

Billing errors, duplicate charges, and failed service delivery on our side are refunded regardless of time or usage. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, subject to the payment method and provider rules. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.

You agree not to use the Service to violate law, infringe intellectual property, submit content you are not authorized to process, upload malware, attack or overload the Service, bypass access controls, scrape non-public data, reverse engineer protected software except where law allows, interfere with other users, or misrepresent AI outputs as certified professional work.

You must not submit confidential documents, personal data, regulated information, client secrets, or third-party content unless you have the right and authority to do so under your project contract and applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you submit, including prompts, documents, images, comments, ideas, and generated outputs, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. You grant PAULGA the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, secure, moderate, debug, and support the content as part of the Service.

For community prompts, ideas, knowledge uploads, comments, reports, or other shared content, you grant PAULGA and other users the rights needed to view and use the content within the community feature. You represent that you have permission to share the content. We may remove or restrict content that appears unlawful, infringing, confidential, unsafe, abusive, or inconsistent with the Service.

The Service, software, website, Desktop app, plugins, documentation, UI, trademarks, models of operation, databases, and related know-how belong to PAULGA or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.

Generated outputs may be used by you for commercial or non-commercial purposes, but AI output ownership and protectability can vary by law, provider terms, input rights, and third-party content. You are responsible for checking rights before publication, client delivery, or commercial use.

AI-generated renderings, chat answers, document-search responses, quantities, code interpretations, and design suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your project. PAULGA is not a licensed architect, engineer, code consultant, cost consultant, safety reviewer, legal adviser, or permitting authority.

You are responsible for reviewing all outputs with qualified professionals before using them in design decisions, drawings, permits, specifications, construction, procurement, client deliverables, or safety-related work.

We work to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, model availability, CAD plugin compatibility, network issues, or emergency security actions may affect access. Beta or experimental features may change, be rate-limited, or be discontinued.

You may cancel your subscription and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Service or other users, fail to pay, or use the Service unlawfully. After termination, we may retain records as described in the Privacy Policy and as required for legal, tax, security, dispute, or fraud-prevention purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. PAULGA DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE NOT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAULGA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PROJECT/CONSTRUCTION LOSSES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to PAULGA for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, unless mandatory law requires a higher amount.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer, data protection, e-commerce, or digital-service rights that apply in your country of residence. Courts with competent jurisdiction where PAULGA is headquartered will handle disputes unless mandatory law gives you another forum.

We may modify these Terms as the Service, prices, vendors, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect where practicable or legally required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
